Next generation - qualification programme for successors

Early planning for succession in order to secure the future of the company also encompasses the early preparation of the successor for their future role.

In five seminar modules, our successor qualification programme provides you with the fundamental knowledge and guidance to master the different succession challenges. As a potential successors, you will obtain an in-depth understanding of how family-owned businesses function and what it means to be a successor – be it as a manager, advisory board member, or as a shareholder. You will be given the tools to assume your future role –based on the INTES principle which combines the topics companies, family, personality and business assets in an integrated approach. Additionally, it’s a good opportunity to network with peers and exchange ideas.

Successor network – the exclusive exchange of ideas for successors
The successor network is an exclusive platform for the exchange of ideas among young family-owned business executives. We bring (future) managing directors and/or advisors in family-owned businesses together – in an informal atmosphere and in small groups to allow for open exchange on the special challenge of becoming a successor and to encourage networking.
