Data subject rights / your rights as defined by data protection laws

You have the following rights vis-a-vis INTES as stipulated by the applicable data protection laws with respect to personal data concerning you.

 

Right to access: You may request information from INTES at any time as to whether and which personal data INTES has stored about you. The provision of information by INTES is free of charge for you.

The right of access does not exist or is subject to limitations if and to the extent that confidential information, such as information that is subject to professional secrecy, is disclosed.

Right to rectification: If your personal data stored at INTES is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request that INTES correct this data at any time.

Right to erasure: You have the right to request INTES to delete your personal data if and to the extent that the data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or if the processing is based on your consent and you have withdrawn this consent. In this case, INTES must cease processing your personal data and remove it from its IT systems and databases.

A right to erasure does not exist as long as

  • the data may not be deleted due to a legal obligation or must be processed due to a legal obligation;

When you download our mobile app, the following information required to download the app is transferred to the app store:

This personal data is processed based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f of the GDPR. The app cannot be accessed and displayed to users without the use of this data and there is a legitimate interest in making it technically possible to access and use the website.

Contact form and contact by e-mail

A contact form is available on our website, which you can use to submit questions to us concerning INTES, our website or other inquiries. You may also contact us by e-mail.

Integration of YouTube

We have included YouTube videos in our online offering, which are stored on www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website.
