Next Generation program

Young members of family businesses should at some point take a close look at the opportunities and challenges of their own role in the family business. Our Next Generation program provides initial guidance for very young family members (age 18 – 26). Our New Leaders program provides young successors (age 24 – 35) preparing for a leadership role with important tools to help them succeed as business managers. These programs also provide plenty of time for peer-to-peer exchange.

Non-family manager program

Family business CEOs who are not part of the owner family have a special role between the shareholders, advisory board members and employees. To be successful, they should have a good understanding of how family businesses and business families work as well as what effect this has on company management. Our special program provides you an opportunity to deepen your knowledge as non-family manager.
